At his disposal are multiple avenues to hit your goals and he continues to add to his tool belt for any person he trains. From journals, apps, training programs, nutritional behavior support, exercise videos, recipes, equipment in the gym or home, tools in the kitchen, cooking videos, research specific needs, and more.

 

All of these are great options for building up different ways of reaching different needs. ​But, success is NOT guaranteed if you are not willing to invest in yourself and your future.
